In partnership with the award-winning team at Jersey Ice Cream Co., led the concept, design, and execution of the Hodinkee office in the heart of historic SoHo, New York City.
The space blends industrial heritage with refined residential warmth, preserving original floors, exposed piping, and pressed tin ceilings, while introducing custom glass partitions and millwork to define communal work areas.
The result is an environment that feels as much like a lounge or home as it does an office. Outfitted with mid-century modern antiques, custom-built desks, and modern lighting, the open plan accommodates 30 employees and serves as the home offices for a rapidly expanding media business.
